Professor Hullar is from the Department of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery, Oregon Health Sciences University, Portland, OR, USA. Professor Hullarís clinical interests focus on care of otologic and neurotologic disorders in children and adults including hearing loss and imbalance. His research investigates mechanisms of imbalance in the elderly, techniques of cochlear implantation, coding of vestibular-nerve signals, and hearing and balance in marine mammals.

Professor Schubert is from Department of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery, Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, USA. Professor Schubertís research focuses on examining the oculomotor mechanisms responsible for both behavioral outcomes and physiological changes associated with vestibular rehabilitation.

There will be the usual interesting clinical case discussions, as well as some didactic presentations on topics of interest. The meeting is always friendly and informal and will be of major interest to otologists, neurologists, audiologists, physiotherapists, scientists, as well as ENT and neurology trainees.

The meeting will begin on Friday morning (23rd September) and conclude on Saturday afternoon (24th September). A training day will be held on Sunday (25th September). A conference dinner has been organized on Saturday evening on the Newcastle Foreshore at Paymasters Cafe.
